WHO WE ARE
Respect Ability Foundation is a non-profit serving the greater Charlotte community and CMS schools since 2011. Through our music and arts summer camps we promote the message of students becoming UPstanders.
WHAT WE DO
We provide educational programs and workshops to schools, community groups and businesses. Our highly interactive programming is primarily delivered through the creative arts, with role playing, music and more. We partner with schools to offer a year long anti-bullying program including workshops for teachers and parents. With a focus of music and the arts, we offer summer camps to promote the message of becoming UPstanders.
WHY WE DO IT
Every day, thousands of students and adults miss school and work to avoid being bullied. By isolating themselves, they suffer additional pain that often manifests itself in life- long issues. We equip people to stand up and properly address bullying and related problems which positively impacts the environment and productivity from classrooms to workrooms by creating UPstanders.
